TOS

• payments will be made through paypal (tba cashapp and kofi).
◦ half payment will be upfront and the rest before revealing the first sketch.• my turnaround is at least 1 month.
◦ this can fluctuate as i am chronically ill; it will take more time for me to complete commissions if i have flareups.
◦ delays will be communicated clearly when it's possible.• i retain copyright to my artwork, not your characters.
◦ i may use your commission piece for my own portfolio / examples / sites.• i have the right to cancel a commission at any time, for any reason (only this would include a refund).• either provide a clear idea OR a written description, aesthetics, clothing images, face claims, etc OR provide a reference sheet.• ask for changes when the sketch has been revealed or during coloring/shading.
◦ when given wips, please note any changes you would like as they are there for you
◦ changes beyond the sketch may cost extra, prices are simply a baseline and will fluctuate per piece.• discuss what the art will be used for first
◦ you may use my art for anything (including slight edits/manipulation only if you are the commissioner themselves), but you may never take credit for my work.
◦ always link back to my social media when using/referencing my art• failure to follow the tos will get you blacklisted
